Throughout my tenure at Verizon Media, which included both Yahoo and Aol, I played a pivotal role in shaping the design of the Member Pulse mobile application. This application houses an internal suite of user-friendly tools crafted to extract actionable member feedback. Moreover, it functions as an automated solution for data processing, analysis, and reporting. The primary goal was to promptly provide the Verizon team with valuable consumer insights, facilitating the identification of our product and service trajectory. The incorporation of graphs and statistics was crucial in swiftly presenting member insights.
